* Race vouchers are due ONE WEEK prior to races. A $25 late fee will be assessed after that!!
*please write 1 check per racer, per race, as a separate check must accompany each voucher!!
Printable USSA entry forms can be found on this page as well as form and download page. Blank forms in Adobe .pdf format can be printed to be filled in by hand, or a Microsoft Word document is available to be completed on a computer and printed. These can be real time savers went entering races! Fill them out, cut them to size and send them in.
Also, on the "Forms and download " page are Skylands Ski Club application forms & USSA forms as well as helpful information on how a race works and the ussa newsletter. Remember, to be eligible for any post season races, you must be a member of NJSRA.
